Thank you for choosing High School BBQ Inc. (HSBBQ) and allowing us to have a regional BBQ cook-off at your location.

The attached promoter’s packet has important information you must know prior to your regional cook-off.

Please know the information and have all HSBBQ, Inc. items and areas secured before our arrival.

If you cannot meet the requirements, please contact Vice President Chuck Schoenfeld or Board Member Mike Olson

HSBBQ representatives will arrive on Friday afternoon in order to get the cook area set up and ready for the competition.

The following areas will be needed on Friday:

  1. A check-in area for teams to present all completed paper work and forms for the cook-off.  
  2. A ticket confirmation area, next to the check in area, for teams to show a completed tray pick up form, confirm team names on tray tickets, and pick up turn in times

You will need to provide a printed badge with lanyard or an 8.5 X 11 sheet with the turn in times.

On Friday evening at 7:00 pm a HSBBQ board member will have a cook’s meeting and all teams are to attend.

If there is a Steak Cook-Off, the turn in time will be at 8:00 pm Friday evening at the judging area.

If there is a Dutch oven cook-off, the turn in time will be announced during the cook’s meeting and held in the covered wagon area.
